Please find my Mini Session Terms and Conditions below.  Please read these thoroughly. When booking a session, you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions. 

MINI SESSION DETAILS

Mini Sessions are booked back-to-back, therefore any client that is late to their session, will lose that time from their session. To avoid this, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your session time. Margaret Albia Photography will endeavour to capture the best possible images in the allowable time frame. 

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

As mini sessions are booked back-back and spots are limited, mini session fees are non-refundable. A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remainder can be paid in cash on the day of the shoot or bank transfer the day prior. ​Your session fee includes 1x 30-minute photography session, 10 edited digital images, basic retouching of the selected images of your choice, hosting of the gallery on my website, and digital download of high resolution images. Additional digital images are available to purchase at at $10 per image, $30 for 5 additional images or $100 for all the edited images from the shoot (can be up to 40 images).

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Please note that your session fee is non-refundable. I am more than happy to reschedule when provided with at least 24 hours notice. 

If the Photographer is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to fire or other casualty, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond control of the parties, or due to a grave illness of the Photographer, then all fees paid by the client will be returned in full.   

DIGITAL IMAGES

Your images will be ready to view within 2 weeks via a password-protected online gallery. Once the images are uploaded to the online gallery(watermarked), you will have 14 days to  your selections. After this date, the gallery will close. Once selections have been made, your finished low res images will be available via the same online gallery. The images will be available for downloading for 10 days. Your high res images will be delivered via Dropbox. 

COPYRIGHT

Copyright of all images created is assigned to Margaret Albia and remains the property of the photographer. On payment for the provided service, the client purchases the license to use the copyright images off the photographer. If sharing images on social media, the Client will credit the images to Margaret Albia – Photography. 

WEBSITE DISPLAY & PROMOTIONAL USAGE

The photographer is authorised to display any photograph covered by this contract to generally promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites (including Facebook and Instagram). 

LIABILITY

Personal Accident - Any directions issued to clients during a photographic shoot are deemed to be at the persons own risk. The photographer cannot be held responsible for any personal accidents during a photographic shoot.

The photographer reserves the right to amend these Mini Session Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
